3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.
  
  

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be charged in full.
  
  

• If you fail to attend a booked session without prior notice, the session fee will not be refunded.
  
  

• H4I Software Services reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative session time.
  
  

4. Digital Content Delivery

• Some sessions may include digital materials or resources.
  
  

• These are provided through secure links that remain active for 30 days from the delivery date.
  
  

• Once expired, access cannot be guaranteed unless otherwise arranged.
